You can sell our products (Recharge and Grow Dots) in your store and on your own website. But we restrict reselling on third-party sites like Amazon, Walmart and Ebay. If you do not own the web site, you can't sell our products there.

To protect our brand status online, we have to restrict third-party sellers on those sites.

2. I WILL NOT ADVERTISE BELOW FULL RETAIL PRICE

You agree to keep advertised prices at, or above, retail pricing. Retail prices are the listed prices for products at RealGrowers.com.

We enforce these prices to protect your margins. We want to make sure you're not having to undercut other sellers to make sales.

3. Breaking these rules can result in losing your wholesale account and pricing.
